Builders and condo developers specify Blomberg because it fits where a full-size appliance will not.

About Blomberg appliances
Blomberg's Canadian site (blombergappliances.ca) says the brand was "founded in Germany in 1883" and sells cooking, refrigeration, dishwashing and compact laundry appliances in Canada, including ventless heat-pump dryers. Beko's corporate brand page lists Blomberg as one of its brands and describes it as "a German manufacturer of freestanding and built-in white goods." Beko is the corporate brand of the Turkish group Arçelik.
For repair, Blomberg appliances share engineering with Beko products and use Beko-family electronics, pumps and heat-pump modules. Ventless heat-pump dryers are a distinct design: they have a refrigerant circuit, a condensate pump and lint filters at two levels, so a "taking too long" call is usually diagnosed differently from a vented dryer. Sealed-system work on a heat-pump dryer is technician-only.
Finding your Blomberg model and serial number
Blomberg Canada says the model and serial numbers are "easily accessible on the inside of your Blomberg appliance." Blomberg's UK support adds that on freezers the silver rating plate is on the left-hand side or top of the freezer compartment, and its model-and-serial finder shows the position by diagram for washers, dryers, dishwashers, fridges and ovens. In practice: washers and dryers: inside the door on the frame around the opening, or on the back; dishwashers: on the door edge with the door open; fridges: inside the fresh-food compartment on a side wall; freezers: left side or top of the compartment. Parts and compatibility
Blomberg parts come through Beko's North American distribution and are matched to the model number; there is little cross-over with other brands. Common parts for the compact laundry and dishwashers are generally obtainable in Canada, and heat-pump modules, control boards and door assemblies are model-specific. We quote original parts in writing with the expected lead time. Because these are compact units in tight closets, tell us the installation when you book so we can plan the visit.

Where is the model number on my Blomberg washer or dryer?
Open the door and check the frame around the drum opening; if it is not there, check the back panel. Blomberg says the numbers are on the inside of the appliance.
My Blomberg heat-pump dryer takes hours. Is that normal?
Heat-pump dryers are slower than vented ones by design, but a large jump in cycle time often points to blocked filters, a full condensate path or a fault. Clean both filters first; if it does not improve, book a diagnosis.
Do you repair stacked Blomberg laundry in condos?
Yes. Tell us the closet width and whether the dryer is stacked with a bracket; some repairs need the dryer lifted off.
How long do Blomberg parts take?
