Double-drawer refrigerator: inside the top drawer on the left or right wall. Wine cellar or beverage centre: right-hand side near the top door hinge. Freestanding ice maker: right-hand side of the ice bin. Built-in dishwasher: left side of the tub frame. Range: on the oven frame or storage-drawer frame; commercial-style range: ceiling of the oven cavity. Cooktop: underside. Built-in oven: top of the oven cavity. Built-in microwave: under the control panel along the vent on the right; over-the-range: front frame with the door open. Downdraft vent: front of the downdraft above the terminal box cover. Hood: behind the left filter on the rear wall.

Where is the model number on my JennAir wall oven?
On the top of the oven cavity, visible with the door open. On ranges it is on the oven frame or the storage-drawer frame.
Do you service JennAir connected appliances?
Yes for the hardware. Wi-Fi runs through the main control; we do not support the app. JennAir's connected units carry a separate SAID label, which its product-help site explains.
Is JennAir the same as KitchenAid?
Both are Whirlpool Corporation brands and share mechanical platforms, but JennAir is the luxury line with its own controls, displays and trim. Parts are matched by model number.
How long do JennAir parts take?
Shared mechanical parts are often available in days; JennAir-specific displays, doors and column-refrigeration parts can take longer. The written quote gives the expected time.
